Center Pivot Irrigation System (CPIS)

• CPIS is used in irrigation of desert and reclaimed lands

• CPIS is used in irrigation of farms and crops

• Heavy duty operation and optimal distribution of water

CPIS Structure:

1.  Center Tower and Drive Towers:-

• Tower legs are L-profiles of 80 x 80 x 7 mm.

• Braces are L-profiles of 50 x 50 x 5 mm.

• Feed pipe is 219.9 mm outer diameter, wall 3.2 mm thick.

• All items hot-dip zinc-galvanized after fabrication.

• CPIS is provided with control panel and electric box at the top of the system.

• CPIS is provided by a gauge to measure water pressure into the system

• CPIS is provided with a flexible watertight seal

2.  Span Structure:-     

• Span pipes are 168.3 mm outer diameter, wall 2.8 mm thick, 12,000 mm long.

• Stabilizers are L-profiles of 50 x 50 x 5 mm.

• Truss rod is 20 mm in diameter, heavy duty steel.

• All items hot-dip zinc-galvanized after fabrication.

• Flexible rubber joints between the tower to allow easy movement.

• Spray steel V-pipes are 21.7 mm outer diameter, wall 2.6 mm thick, hot-dip zinc-galvanized, and the distance between them is 3,000 mm.

• Wide tires 14.9 x 24 are assembled on hot-dip zinc-galvanized steel rims, on heavy duty gear box.

3.  Main control panel:-     

• Operation switch, voltmeter, timer and switch (forward and rear)

4.  Electric motor for gear box:-

• Motor powers (1) horse power, the outside body is anti-corrosion and leakage resistant

5.  Tower control box:-

• Contain all required electric joints for operation of the system

6.  Sprays:-

• Distribute water at all areas of the system pipes and it could be designed and programmed to spray water efficiently according to crop type.
