PRINCE NASER F. AL-FAISAL AL SAUD
PRESIDENT & C.E.O.
NAFA
GROUP
After graduating with an Engineering degree from the
University of California, Prince Naser joined the Ministry of Defense &
Aviation (MODA) as Director of Military Works.
During the 14 years he held this position, his
department supervised and executed the multi-billion dollar
military infrastructure development of the Kingdom, such as the
creation and building of King Khalid Military City Complex.
Prince Naser is also widely known as one of the most prominent
educators of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

PRINCE FAWAZ NASER AL-SAUD

After finishing school in Riyadh, Prince Fawaz graduated from Flight Safety Academy in the state of Florida. He graduated in 1996 and
obtained his license as a commercial pilot. After
specialized training, he was assigned in 1998 as
General Manager for NABA Tourism & Transport Ltd. Prince Fawaz is also
in direct charge of the operations of NAFA Maintenance and NAFA
Medical. Further, Prince Fawaz supervised several projects
which were executed by NAFA Maintenance & Services.
In addition to his duties as EVP Prince Fawaz is
also the President & C.E.O. of Saudi Arabian Computer Company (SACMAC).

PRINCE WALEED AL-FAISAL AL-SAUD
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
NAFA GROUP
Prince Waleed graduated for the University of Tampa Florida with a
degree in marketing science and a master degree in accountancy for King Saud
University, Saudi Arabia. He is currently the financial Vice President of
NAFA Enterprises Ltd.

Al-Faisal Al-Saud, General Manager of Al-Faisal Security Company. After
finishing Bsc. with Business administration, He joined NAFA Group as General
Manager of Al-Faisal Security Company.

PRINCE SAUD F. AL-FAISAL AL-SAUD
VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING
Prince Saud spent two years
at Gonzaga
University in Washington State, U.S.A. Then he moved to King Saud University at
Riyadh, where he graduated with a BA degree. Prince Saud then joined the
Ministry of Defense and Aviation for two years before joining NAFA in 1997.

Prince Mutib graduated in 1999 from King Abdul Aziz
University in Jeddah - Business Management Section. He has completed a number of
training courses and seminars in the field of trading and agriculture.

YOUSEF A.Y. AL-GHAMDI
JEDDAH BRANCH MANAGER
Mr. Al-Ghamdi graduated from Marine Sciences
College - Marine Geology - King Abdul Aziz University - 1985. He then completed
English courses in the U.K. and USA. Mr. Al-Ghamdi was granted a diploma in
Business Administration from the American Business Institute of San Diego,
California, USA in 1988. When he returned to Saudi Arabia, he passed training
courses in Accounting and Business Administration.
Mr. Al-Ghamdi
has worked in the fields of Public
Trading, Import and Export - from 1988 to 1993. Also, he established a private
factory for fabricated clothes in Jeddah and worked as the Executive Manager of
a Plastic Factory owned by the Saudi Korean Company. Mr. Al-Ghamdi joined NAFA
in 1996.

ABDULLAH M. ALQARNI
PRESIDENT ASSISTANT
Mr. ALQARNI holds a B.Sc. in Art from Karachi
University. He worked for the Saudi Royal Navy for 20 years in the field of
Purchasing and Catering. He joined NAFA in January of 2001 as a Contract Manager Assistant.

MOHAMMAD A. AL-HAMMAD
PRESIDENT ASSISTANT
Mr. Mohammad A. Al-Hammad is a Saudi national. He has Public
Relations responsibilities as well as being in charge of follow up
for the NAFA Group Investments. He holds a B.Sc.
Degree in Physics from King Saud University in Riyadh and an
MSc. Degree in Industrial Technology from Texas University, USA. He has been a
lecturer at the College of Teachers and he is now a lecturer at the Technology
College.

DR. MOHAMED IBRAHIM HILMY
ADVISOR
Dr. Hilmy holds an M.B., B.Ch. with honors. He practiced
medicine for a short time as a Chest Diseases
Specialist. Since 1978, his career has been in industrial and
commercial management. He attended various, marketing and
advertising training programs. Dr. Hilmy has been employed in a host of administrational and managerial
key posts such as the
Marketing Director of the biggest timber industries company in
the Middle East, the Marketing Director
for several international pharmaceutical companies, a Consultant for a leading cosmetic trading company and the General
Manager of a food stuff supplies company. He joined NAFA in March 1990.

IBRAHIM MOHD. AL-NAHAS
ADMINISTRATION ADVISOR
Mr. Al-Nahas holds a B.Sc in Agriculture
Cooperation from Ein Shams University (1976). He is a Licentiate in Laws (1982)
and holds a Diploma in Criminal Laws (1986) from Ein Shams University.
Mr. Al-Nahas occupied several Administrative
positions in Egypt in both the Governmental and Private Sectors. Mr. Nahas joined
NAFA Enterprises Ltd. in 1993.

ENG.SAID AL-JAZZAR
MARKETING MANAGER AGRICULTURE DIVISION
Engineer Said Al-Jazzar holds a B.Sc. with honors in
Agriculture from Cairo University (1967). Eng. Said worked in Egypt for
12 years in the field of Agriculture Guidance and Development.
Then he worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the fields of
Farm Management and Agriculture Marketing. Eng. Said joined NAFA Agriculture
when the Company was started in 1984 and he now
occupies the position of the Assistant General Manager for
Marketing.

ALI AL-JAWAD
GENERAL MANAGER

Mr. Ali Al-Jawad has a University Degree in Chemical
Engineering and has had over 15 years of experience in
manufacturing and marketing. He has a strong background in
computers and electronics. Mr. Al-Jawad is a national of the United
Kingdom and has been with the NAFA Group since 1984.

LEGAL ADVISOR TO THE NAFA GROUP & MANAGER
NAFA U.S.A.
Mr. Thomas H. Price, III a United States citizen, is the Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of NAFA U.S.A., Inc. Mr.
Price's law firm, Thomas H. Price, III P.A. also serves as
general counsel for the NAFA Group of companies in the U.S. as well as internationally. Mr. Price is a practicing
United States Attorney who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts,
with honors, from the University of Maryland in 1973. After
another year at the University of Maryland pursuing a Master's
Degree, he then entered law school and obtained a Juris Doctorate
Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1977.
His area of expertise are international trade law, business law and real
estate law. Mr. Price has been with the NAFA Group since its
inception.

Mr. Marc Lakhel, holds Diploma of
Engineer Genie - Physique and University Master Diploma in semi-conductor. He
joined NAFA Group in 2004 as Vice President in Europe Office, where He
represents NAFA Group and in charge of establishing partnership with the world
specialist companies in Europe.

Eng. Abdalla holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering from Egypt in
1981, and a M.Sc. in Engineering System Analysis in 1985 from the United States. He
worked with the Saudi Ports Authority until 1999 as a Technical Advisor for the ports
operation projects and he is a member of IEEE in United States of America and IEE in England. Also he has the membership of ASIS In United States.
He has the membership of Saudi Council of Engineers. He joined NAFA in October, 1999 as an assistant to the President.

Agriculture and SACMAC in the field of application and multimedia
development. He graduated with a Bsc degree at San Sebastian College,
Phillipines, 1979. He has completed a number of training courses & seminars
in mainframe, midrange and micro computer in the Philippines & United
Kingdom (UK).
