NAFA has adopted its own detailed manuals for standard operating procedures which cover all aspects of the work, administration, finance, materials, sales, production, etc. Standard forms are used to make sure that all projects are performed according to the correct procedures. This assures and guarantees that the work is done correctly and that the result is satisfactory. To achieve customer satisfaction very rigid procedures are applied, for production testing and quality control on a 24 hour basis.

Since NAFA is an international company, ISO approval is required. Therefore NAFA is now ISO approved under the supervision of TUV. Three ISO Certifications have been issued to NAFA. Two ISO 9001approvals and one ISO 9002 approval.
